Local Reiki Sessions

Each Reiki session is intuitively guided and completely personalized — because no two energy systems are the same.

Your session is created in response to your needs in that moment: emotional, physical, and energetic.

Alongside traditional Reiki, I may incorporate crystals, tuning forks, and sound bowls to deepen relaxation, clear stagnant energy, and support nervous system regulation. These tools are never forced — they’re used intentionally, only when your energy calls for them.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all Reiki session.

It’s an elevated, immersive experience designed to help your body soften, your energy realign, and your system return to balance in a way that feels safe and supported.

You don’t need to know what you’re looking for — just come as you are.

What is Reiki? Short answer, Reiki is energy work. It helps unblock any blockages in your Chakras. Gets your Chakras back into alignment and into flowing smooth. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is spiritual in nature and not a religion, you can have any spiritual beliefs and religious beliefs to have a Reiki session done. Reiki is a peaceful practice that promotes harmony among all things in life. 

Allie & Stephanie are both Certified Usui Reiki Masters. Because we are mainly online and at local events we will travel to you.
